Seit Dezember 2006 feiern wir in relativ regelmäßigen Abständen Pulsaren-Parties im Arenaclub. Zunächst organisierten wir dort die “min2″-Partyreihe mit unseren Freunden von Pentagonik, mittlerweile auf eigene Faust und ab 21. Februar erstmals unter dem Namen “+1″.

Leider werde ich selbst nicht zugegen sein können, weil ich im Rahmen einer “Klangkulisse”-Party in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern spielen werde. Der nächste “+1″-Termin ist für Ende April geplant.

Are you like me and enjoy a good read? Speaking for myself I look for a good story line which keeps me turning the pages. Characters I can relate to and a good narrator’s voice. As long as I can understand what’s happening I’m not too fussed about the grammar and I soon get bored if there is a lot of unnecessary descriptive detail. So my reviews reflect these criteria.

I have just finished reading “I’ll Never Get out of This World Alive,” By Steve Earle.

· I believe Steve has set out to let us, his readers know. Those who for whatever reason have taken to prostitution, thievery or other antisocial activities to feed addictions to drugs, gambling and other vices are still able to retain a basic human goodness and concern for others. Also, given encouragement and faith they are able to let this goodness be the means to climb back and rebuild lives.

· The story line, which kept me turning pages, has a central character Doc who has lost his license, is hooked on morphine and is constantly harassed by a ghost from his past. The good Doc who in spite of his addiction is humane and compassionate, carries on an illegal medical practice as he struggles to exist and feed his addiction. His circle of, “Friends,” drug dealers, street girls and gamblers all hustling and all dependent on each other as they drift on to an uncertain future. Then one day a young Mexican girl, Graciela joins the circle as an abortion patient and everything slowly but surely changes as members of the circle start to break away to make a new life. Until eventually the circle is broken with an explosive climax.

· I found I could relate to the main character Doc and also to some extent to Graciela. The other characters although sketchy were substantial enough to play their part. The narrator’s voice led me seamlessly from event to event.

· Descriptive detail was not overdone and I didn’t find myself bored and skipping paragraphs. At no time did I have to reread a sentence to get its meaning so I guess the grammar meets my criteria.

· This is a book which I found entertaining and left me very much aware of how others can lead worthwhile lives in spite of the circumstances in which they find themselves. Certainly a good read and worth four stars.

Dużo osób podtrzymuje, iż wypatrzyło swoją miłość dopiero poprzez ogłoszenia matrymonialne. Obecnie, w większości ogłoszenia matrymonialne przeniosły się do środowiska internetowego. To tam istnieją osobliwe witryny, zwane inaczej portalami randkowymi, na których możemy podając nasze dane i wypełniając kolumny dotyczące zainteresowań, wynaleźć partnera, jaki będzie nam odpowiadał pod różnorodnymi względami.

Standardowe ogłoszenia matrymonialne, jakie nadal do niedawna mogliśmy odszukać w wziętych gazetach również dziennikach, odchodzą już pomału do lamusa. Ogłoszenia internetowe umożliwiają bowiem więcej możliwości. Pozwalają nie tylko poczytać dużo na temat danej postaci lecz także po oglądać jej foty. Są aczkolwiek sceptycy, jacy stwierdzają że poprzez ogłoszenia matrymonialne nie da się odkryć swojej miłości, tej jedynej. Twierdzą, iż osoby w Internecie nierzadko podają się za innych aniżeli są w realu.

Zamieszczenie intrygującej fotki, porządnie podrasowanej na photooshopie też nie stanowi najmniejszego dylematu. Natomiast zwolennicy twierdzą, iż sieciowi poszukiwacze miłości nie bajerują bo prawda i tak prędzej czy później wyjdzie na jaw. Kluczowy jest niemniej jednak rozsądek.

Czytaj o pożyczkach

When you want to lose weight it can be very hard to find recipes that are as nice as your mother used to make, but not quite so fattening. With 200 recipes, this book holds out a lot of promise for diabetics or people like me who want to lose weight. Now, by sugar-free it doesn’t mean that the food produced will be entirely sugar-free, merely that you don’t add unnatural sugars.

My first impressions of this book are great. It looks good, and is certainly easy to read. The instructions are, I think, also very easy to follow. As cookbooks go it is also reasonably entertaining.

The recipes cover all the main meals, and even some snacks to keep you going through the long day.

If you have to avoid certain foods because of medical conditions it is ideal. In fact, recipes are generally free of gluten, sugar and usually dairy.

I haven’t found another recipe book that is both gluten and sugar free, so it is an ideal choice of book for most dieters.

But the real question is: are the recipes easy to eat, delicious, and easy to make?

Now, don’t get me wrong. I’m not a great cook. Most of the food I made was not presented with the same flair as the pictures. But while I am not a great cook I found it easy to make most of these recipes. Although they were easy to make since I live in the countryside, sometimes some of the more unusual ingredients are hard to find (they wouldn’t be if you lived in a reasonable sized town with a health store nearby). But I was still able to make a good selection of meals.

It’s fair to say, this book contains enough variety to be able to have regular sugar-free meals without too much pain, and with a lot of gain.

It is an ideal book for a nutritionists, a dieter, or someone with medical conditions that require them to avoid certain foods.

The best thing about this book is it isn’t a weird book that you need to be worried about your health, if you use the recipes contained in this book sensibly it is obvious that you would be eating a healthy diet.

A lot of books offer healthy but boring food.

This book offers healthy and delicious meals, which are not too hard to make.

One particular section that I liked was the recipes on breads, cakes and muffins. Being able to make them healthily is a real bonus. I think you could easily live on the food in this book, which is more than the case with a lot of new age diets.

So I guess my basic review is… this is a great book.

OK, you will still have to exercise discipline and do those horrible exercises to lose weight, but at least you won’t have to eat horrible food to do it.

Volkswagen Bank Polska i Volkswagen Leasing Polska zaproponowały specjalne promocje  na finansowanie wybranych modeli samochodów marek Porsche, Audi i Škody. Nowa oferta na modele tych marek obejmuje m.in. atrakcyjny leasing z sumą opłat 105%.

Pierwsza w Polsce oferta promocyjna na zakup samochodów Porsche potrwa do 1 października 2009 roku. W ramach promocji zostały przygotowane dwa warianty oferty, ró& niące się wysokością opłaty wstępnej i wartością końcową, przy jednakowej sumie opłat 105%.  

Nowa oferta została przygotowana we współpracy z polskim importerem samochodów Porsche – firmą KPI Sports Cars.  

Specjalna oferta finansowania dotyczy równie& pojazdów wszystkich dostępnych wersji modeli Audi A4 i A6. Suma opłat w leasingu operacyjnym na 36 miesięcy wynosi 105%. Opłata wstępna wynosi tu 30% ceny samochodu, a suma wykupu 1%.

Do końca roku wyjątkowe promocje czekają równie& na zainteresowanych samochodami Škoda. Wszystkie dostępne modele z rocznika 2009 objęte są ofertą leasingową 105% wraz z preferencyjnym trzyletnim ubezpieczeniem komunikacyjnym w ramach umowy leasingu. Opłata wstępna wynosi w tym wypadku 30% wartości pojazdu, a suma wykupu 1%.

Modele Škody są  równie& dostępne w kredycie 50/50 w pakiecie z preferencyjnym ubezpieczeniem komunikacyjnym. Oprocentowanie kredytu wynosi wówczas 0%,

Umowy na finansowanie zakupu samochodów Porsche, Audi i Škoda w ramach promocji mo& na zawierać bezpośrednio u dilerów poszczególnych marek.

W dniu 20 marca 2007 roku Rabobank przedstawił do konwersji 3 miliony podporządkowanych obligacji serii A zamiennych na akcje imienne Banku BGŻ serii F. Łączna wartość obligacji wyniosła 300 mln zł. W wyniku przydziału akcji wyemitowanych w ramach konwersji w dniu 26 marca 2007 Rabobank objął łącznie 6 132 460 akcji Banku BGŻ o wartości nominalnej 1 zł ka& da.

Konwersja obligacji została poprzedzona transakcją zawartą pomiędzy Rabobank a Europejskim Bankiem Odbudowy i Rozwoju dotyczącą zbycia całego posiadanego przez EBOiR pakietu obligacji zamiennych na akcje.

Przeprowadzenie emisji obligacji zamiennych było konsekwencją zawartej 19 listopada 2004 r. przez EBOR i Rabobank ze Skarbem Państwa umowy, w której zobowiązały się one do zapewnienia refinansowania po& yczki podporządkowanej udzielonej Bankowi BGŻ w 2002 r. ze środków Agencji Własności Rolnej Skarbu Państwa (obecnie Agencja Nieruchomości Rolnych. Zarówno EBOR, jak i Rabobank wyraziły, w celu realizacji zawartej wcześniej umowy, chęć objęcia wszystkich wyemitowanych przez Bank BGŻ obligacji zamiennych.

W wyniku konwersji kapitał akcyjny Banku BGŻ wzrósł o 6 132 460 zł do 43 136 764 zł, a struktura akcjonariatu Banku BGŻ przedstawiać się będzie następująco: Rabobank – 44,51 proc., Skarb Państwa – 37,32 proc., Europejski Bank Odbudowy i Rozwoju – 12,87 proc., pozostali – 5,30 proc.
